Our Story
We Are H.Y.P.E. (Helping Young People Everywhere) is a Jacksonville-based nonprofit foundation dedicated to serving young people through mentorship and real-life development.
Founded in 2017, our mission is to equip youth with the tools to build confidence, discover their identity, and walk in purpose—on and off the field, in school, and in everyday life.
We provide structured mentorship programs, leadership development, and life-skills training, while also incorporating faith-based guidance that helps young people develop a strong sense of identity, values, and direction.
Our approach is simple: mentorship comes first—everything else follows. Through consistent guidance, real conversations, and intentional development, we help young people grow in discipline, decision-making, emotional control, and leadership.
We serve youth across Jacksonville and surrounding communities, creating environments where they are seen, supported, and challenged to become who they were created to be.
